At PSTR Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art; if your order isn't perfect, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all prints and frames are returned in their original condition and protective packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the artwork back in its original protective tube or box, ensuring the edges are protected and the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our studio warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
